Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in line service or aviation ground handling
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft fueling towing and ramp operations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the shift line service team ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards
  • Train mentor and coach line technicians on best practices procedures and safety regulations
  • Assign and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and completion of responsibilities
  • Conduct shift briefings to communicate operational updates weather conditions and any special instructions
  • Address and resolve operational issues or escalate them as necessary to management
  • Ensure proper documentation of fuel transactions maintenance issues and incident reports
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness
  • Perform aircraft fueling (Jet A Avgas) in accordance with established safety protocols
  • Safely tow park and marshal aircraft as needed
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of fueling equipment vehicles and ramp areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp fueling stations and customer service areas
  • Ensure accurate and timely fueling logs service reports and operational records
  • Monitor and replenish fuel inventory as needed
  • Enforce compliance with company safety policies and FAA regulations
  • Monitor ramp operations to ensure adherence to environmental and fire safety guidelines
  • Report and address safety hazards incidents or equipment malfunctions promptly
  • Conduct and participate in safety training emergency response drills and audits
