Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in line service or aviation ground handling
- At least 1 year in a leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of aircraft fueling towing and ramp operations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required

- Must have a valid driver’s license CDL with HAZMAT endorsement is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the shift line service team ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards
- Train mentor and coach line technicians on best practices procedures and safety regulations
- Assign and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and completion of responsibilities
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate operational updates weather conditions and any special instructions
- Address and resolve operational issues or escalate them as necessary to management
- Ensure proper documentation of fuel transactions maintenance issues and incident reports
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness
- Perform aircraft fueling (Jet A Avgas) in accordance with established safety protocols
- Safely tow park and marshal aircraft as needed
- Conduct regular safety inspections of fueling equipment vehicles and ramp areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp fueling stations and customer service areas
- Ensure accurate and timely fueling logs service reports and operational records
- Monitor and replenish fuel inventory as needed
- Enforce compliance with company safety policies and FAA regulations
- Monitor ramp operations to ensure adherence to environmental and fire safety guidelines
- Report and address safety hazards incidents or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Conduct and participate in safety training emergency response drills and audits
