Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Entry level position
- Zero tolerance drug free employer including pre-employment and random screening
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and insurable by the company’s insurance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and through radio communications
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to operate motor vehicles with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
- Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering
- Marshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
- Fuel movement including quality control, disposal, and paperwork
- Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
- Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
- Attend monthly crew meetings
- Participate in annual recurrent training
