Job Requirements

Valid OLCC Server permit preferred
ability to work part-time schedule including varied shifts Monday through Sunday
minimum age requirement as per legal serving regulations
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
eligibility to work in the United States
reliable transportation to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in food service or hospitality preferred
valid OLCC Server permit preferred
knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP and OSHA guidelines
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
teamwork and cooperation skills

Job Duties

Provide quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail
participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items adhering to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control
clean work area and equipment used in food preparation and service
follow all safety and sanitation procedures
deliver food items to and from the main kitchen
promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff
cooperate with staff of other departments in performing job duties
contribute to the team exhibiting professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others
perform other duties as assigned
