Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of previous line serving experience preferred
- Ability to work full time including 12 hour shifts
- Ability to follow food safety, sanitation and portion control guidelines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of previous line serving experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety, sanitation and portion control procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with varying days and hours
- Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Basic knowledge of food service regulations and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- Participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control
- Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service
- Follows all safety and sanitation procedures
- Delivers food items to and from main kitchen
- Promotes clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff
- Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties
- Contributes to the team
- exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
- Performs other duties as assigned
