Job Duties

  • Skillfully tray and serve hot and cold side dishes ensuring neat presentation and consistency
  • Acquire comprehensive understanding of the menu including BBQ meats sides and sauces
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers by describing menu items answering questions and offering recommendations
  • Work efficiently and swiftly to serve customers in a timely manner during peak periods managing flow of guests and coordinating with team members
  • Accurately fulfill customer orders by listening to preferences assembling trays and double-checking orders
  • Ensure a clean and organized service area by promptly clearing used dishes utensils and trays and regularly sanitizing surfaces
  • Complete tasks asked for by the management team
