Job Requirements
- Kitchen, line cook, and experience plating food required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2 on 2 off schedule
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local food safety regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to cooperate with other staff and work as a team
- Must be able to pass any required background checks and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a kitchen cook or line cook
- Skill in plating food items
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication
- Ability to perform duties under supervision and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail
- Participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items following company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control
- Clean work areas and equipment used in food preparation and service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures complying with HACCP and OSHA guidelines
- Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff
- Cooperate with staff from other departments in performing job duties
- Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others
