Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm or Sunday through Thursday 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic food handling knowledge preferred
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and accept training
- Basic math skills for portion control
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by offering detailed one-on-one attention
- Participate in preparation and service of food and beverage items adhering to company food standards, sanitation and safety guidelines
- Clean work area and equipment used for food preparation and service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Deliver food items to and from main kitchen
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff
- Cooperate with staff of other departments in performing job duties
- Exhibit professionalism with customers and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
