Job Duties
- Cutting, processing, fillets from fresh salmon/tuna/albacore and prepping into cubes
- Follow recipes and prepare daily back stock of fresh and healthy produce/proteins
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for food prep
- Weigh and measure ingredients, monitor portion control
- Mix, wash, chop, strain, slice vegetables, cube proteins
- Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients, prepare vendor order lists
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
