Job Requirements
- current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate
- helicopter instrument rating
- current FAA Class II medical certificate
- 2000 total flight hours
- 1500 helicopter hours
- 1000 helicopter PIC hours
- 500 turbine helicopter hours
- 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
- meet 230 pound weight limit with flight gear
- upload pilot license and FAA medical certificate
Job Qualifications
- current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate
- helicopter instrument rating
- current FAA Class II medical certificate
- minimum 2000 total flight hours
- minimum 1500 helicopter flight hours
- minimum 1000 helicopter PIC hours
- minimum 500 turbine helicopter hours
- minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
- knowledge of B407 aircraft preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent or higher
Job Duties
- work with medical teams to safely transport patients to and from locations and medical facilities
- ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches including compliance with FAR and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties
- maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and record keeping
- communicate and collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
- provide shift change information and updates to the incoming pilot and crew following protocol
- maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training
