Job Requirements
- reliable and committed
- ability to perform minor machine troubleshooting
- capable of conducting cleaning and sanitation of production equipment
- compliance with safety, food safety, and GMP training
- ability to wear company-provided uniform and safety equipment
- effective communication with supervisors about production issues
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- six months previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- basic knowledge of HMI and performing manual machine adjustments
Job Duties
- start machine and engage feed
- observe operation to ensure quality and performance
- inspect filled containers for specification compliance
- make minor adjustments to machine controls
- replenish packaging supplies such as caps, boxes, and labels
- remove jams and stop machines to prevent injury or damage
- maintain production logs and documentation
