Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • at least 3 years experience in Line Service in corporate aviation
  • must be able to lift up to 75 pounds to load and unload storage, lavatories, and special equipment
  • must be able to stretch, bend, walk, and climb to clean aircraft
  • must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather conditions
  • must have excellent vision and coordination to move or direct aircraft within the hangars

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years experience in Line Service in corporate aviation
  • valid driver’s license
  • excellent vision and coordination
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • courteous, tactful, and friendly
  • knowledge of safety practices in handling highly combustible and explosive fuels

Job Duties

  • Fuel aircraft
  • tow and marshal aircraft
  • ensure aircraft are locked and secure
  • perform aircraft lavatory and potable water service
  • assist pilots with aircraft pre and post flight services
  • top off fuel trucks and fill out proper fuel farm paperwork
  • operate ground support equipment
  • assist other departments as required including facility cleaning and other tasks as assigned
  • provide basic security to people and property
  • direct people, drivers and flight crews on ramp area
  • meet customer aircraft, marshall aircraft to park and direct pilots to unloading area or to rental car
  • assist crews and passengers with luggage transport and special requests
  • may be required to perform limited chauffeur assignments
  • perform flight line services such as connecting ground support equipment for air conditioning, heating, and power
  • provide shuttle service to airport, hotels, restaurants, etc. if required
  • know, understand, follow, promote, and continuously improve company policies and procedures
  • answer phones at switchboard as required
  • work fair share of overtime
  • observe all safety, environmental, and general housekeeping rules and policies
  • may perform other duties as required by the department
