Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Basic math skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to use POS systems
  • Physically able to stand, reach, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Commitment to safety standards

  • 1-2 years of food service or hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Apply thorough knowledge and application of culinary techniques to execute menu items
  • Monitor meals for appearance, quality standards, portion control and temperature
  • Ensure stations are properly set and mis-en-place prepared for next shift
  • Uphold safety standards and use kitchen equipment properly
  • Assist in controlling food and labor costs including purchasing and inventory
  • Ensure meal and rest breaks for team members are recorded and taken duty free
  • Label, date, rotate and store products to ensure food safety and sanitation
  • Communicate effectively with management, guests and team members
  • Utilize POS systems for order entry and sales
  • Bag orders efficiently ensuring quality and presentation
  • Set the tone and assume responsibility for shift results
  • Secure the building including safe lock, door lock, and alarm at closing
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary
