Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of food service or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under high-pressure and fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods

Job Duties
- Apply thorough knowledge, understanding and application of culinary techniques to consistently execute menu items
- Monitor all meals being served for appearance, quality standards, portion control and temperature standards in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure all stations are properly set prior to service and ensure sufficient supply of high-quality mis-en-place is set for the next shift
- Support a culture of safety by upholding safety standards and reporting injuries promptly
- Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in controlling food and labor costs as well as purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists and inventory management
- Ensure meal and rest breaks are provided and recorded accurately
- Assist in establishing proper par levels of finished products and ingredients and conduct inventories
- Properly label, date, rotate and store all products to ensure food handling compliance
- Ensure production and merchandising area is clean, safe, and presentable
- Communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members to resolve issues promptly
- Utilize point-of-sale system to accurately enter guest information and complete transactions
- Bag orders efficiently preserving integrity and presentation
- Set the tone for the shift and take responsibility for shift outcomes
- Secure the building at closing, ensuring safe is locked, doors are locked, and alarm is set
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary
