  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and guestroom systems under supervision
  • Respond to routine service calls in a timely and guest-friendly manner
  • Perform daily inspections and document findings for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
  • Complete light tasks including bulb replacement, minor drywall repair, touch-up painting, and filter changes
  • Keep maintenance areas and equipment organized and clean
  • Learn and follow company safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and PPE usage
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of maintenance activity
