Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 year of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and guestroom systems under supervision
- Respond to routine service calls in a timely and guest-friendly manner
- Perform daily inspections and document findings for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
- Complete light tasks including bulb replacement, minor drywall repair, touch-up painting, and filter changes
- Keep maintenance areas and equipment organized and clean
- Learn and follow company safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and PPE usage
- Maintain detailed logs and records of maintenance activity
