Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to follow detailed recipe cards and food preparation instructions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
- Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
- Practice safety standards at all times
- Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
- Cook orders with adherence to guest requests or special needs in a positive manner
- Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
