Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a McDonald's franchisee, not McDonald's USA itself. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, creating a familiar brand experience for customers, but operates as a separate legal entity and employer. The franchisee is solely responsible for employment-related matters at the restaurant including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. Consequently, McDonald's USA is not involved in any employment decisions, and your application and employment would be directly with the franchisee.

Job Requirements
