Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must maintain Serve Safe certification or be willing to obtain it
- Capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts
- Good vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception
- Ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of Back of House or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Must be self-disciplined and driven
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and work areas
- Provide exceptional guest satisfaction through high-quality food preparation
- Maintain and adhere to Serve Safe certification standards
- Support shift leaders in operational tasks
- Create a positive, productive, and fun work environment
- Handle food and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed
