Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a line cook, grill cook, sauté cook, or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of station organization, recipe execution, and quality standards
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to read tickets, follow directions, and adapt during service
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Buck & Rider recipe and presentation standards
- Work across line, grill, and sauté stations as assigned to support daily service needs
- Ensure food is executed with the highest quality in both taste and appearance
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of your station throughout each shift
- Demonstrate accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment
- Read tickets carefully and execute orders accurately, accommodating modifications as needed
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with chefs, leaders, and team members to ensure smooth service
- Take direction from management and contribute to a culture of professionalism and teamwork
- Maintain endurance for extended periods on your feet in a busy kitchen environment
