Job Requirements
- minimum of 6 months kitchen cook experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization

Job Duties
- execute cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and other station-specific methods to meet quality and consistency standards
- prepare sauces, dressings, garnishes, and other components to enhance flavor and presentation
- assemble and plate dishes with care, ensuring attractive presentation that aligns with company standards
- maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, prep areas, and equipment throughout your shift
- stock and prepare line stations with ingredients, tools, and equipment for peak service efficiency
- collaborate closely with line cooks, prep cooks, and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely, seamless service
- store, rotate, and handle ingredients and finished products according to food safety standards
- follow all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen
- assist with training new team members and support lead cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen management as needed
