Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar kitchen environment
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to work standing for long periods (8-10 hours)
- flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- weekend and evening availability is required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation
- maintain a deep understanding of our menu and ingredients
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- track product quality and shelf life to reduce waste
- work efficiently to complete orders within designated ticket times
- communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- follow instructions from Kitchen Managers and shift leads
- foster a positive and respectful work environment
- support team members and adapt to the needs of the kitchen
- uphold a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
