Job Requirements

  • ability to work standing for long periods (8-10 hours)
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation
  • maintain a deep understanding of our menu and ingredients
  • set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
  • track product quality and shelf life to reduce waste
  • work efficiently to complete orders within designated ticket times
  • communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • follow instructions from Kitchen Managers and shift leads
  • foster a positive and respectful work environment
  • support team members and adapt to the needs of the kitchen
  • uphold a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
