Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a Line Cook preferred
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work quickly in a confined area
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic English reading and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to work in elevated temperatures
- Continuous use of hands and arms
- Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Line Cook preferred
- Basic English reading and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Set up and stock the cooking station according to daily requirements
- Cook and prepare dishes following The Lombardi Family Concepts recipes and quality standards
- Present dishes attractively and according to company presentation guidelines
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations
