Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience as a Line Cook preferred
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work quickly in a confined area
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic English reading and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to work in elevated temperatures
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience as a Line Cook preferred
  • Basic English reading and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock the cooking station according to daily requirements
  • Cook and prepare dishes following The Lombardi Family Concepts recipes and quality standards
  • Present dishes attractively and according to company presentation guidelines
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation
  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations
