Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook, grill cook, or prep cook experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Team-player mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (cases of product, supplies)
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and game/event days
  • Food Handlers Certification required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
  • Operate both hot side (grill/fryer) and cold side (salads/sandwiches)
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
  • Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed
  • Collaborate closely with fellow cooks in a small team environment
