Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work various shifts including days and nights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Compliance with food safety standards
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes

- Must be willing to learn recipes and execute procedures to ensure the food is cooked properly and is safe for our Guests

Job Duties
- As a Bottlecap Alley Cook, you are will be the person setting the pace for a great shift
- They provide amazing food for our guests!
- You will learn how to cook from scratch
- Enjoy hand crafted meals and cold beverages from the bar on our outdoor patio, even a pool table at select locations for “BILLIARD TRAINEES”!
- Willingness to maintain cleaning and food safety standards throughout the kitchen
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
