Job Qualifications

prior experience in sushi preparation or kitchen work is advantageous

Job Duties

prepare sushi and other menu items following restaurant recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
assist with receiving and storing inventory
ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed
collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
wash dishes and kitchen equipment
support line cooks and chefs as needed
