Job Requirements

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
  • Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Set up stations with required ingredients, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and presented to meet restaurant standards
  • Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and restocking as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and front-of-house team
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
  • Adhere to restaurant policies, portion controls, and waste management guidelines
