Job Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Set up stations with required ingredients, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and presented to meet restaurant standards
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and restocking as needed
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Adhere to restaurant policies, portion controls, and waste management guidelines
