Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to Olive Garden's recipes and standards ensuring freshness and quality
  • Execute various cooking tasks on the line including grilling sautéing and frying to deliver delicious dishes promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations
  • Monitor food levels and communicate needs to maintain adequate stock for service
