Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a culinary or food service role, ideally in fine dining
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service, particularly within a fine dining setting
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
  • Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures
