Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a culinary or food service role, ideally in fine dining
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service, particularly within a fine dining setting
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures
