Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of previous cooking experience preferred
- Current food handlers certification
- Current driver license
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be physically fit to handle kitchen demands
Job Qualifications
- Maintain cordial and effective relationships with co-workers, vendors, and other business contacts
- Knowledgeable of back of house operations
- Effectively interact with others using excellent communication skills, cooperate purposefully, and provide information as needed to achieve business goals

- Current food handlers certification

- At least one year of previous cooking experience in fine dining preferred
Job Duties
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Report and follow Executive Chef's recipes and instructions
- Stock inventory appropriately according to par levels
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely manner
- Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes
- Organize kitchen for an effective work environment
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
- Perform other responsibilities as required or directed
