Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and daily prep lists (vegetables, proteins, sauces, marinades, dressings)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
- Cook and plate dishes on the line with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries
- Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy shifts
