Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and daily prep lists (vegetables, proteins, sauces, marinades, dressings)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
  • Cook and plate dishes on the line with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries
  • Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy shifts
