Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- willingness to adhere to all food safety guidelines and cleaning protocols
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is a plus
- knowledge of food handling procedures and dietary requirements
- ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- assist in the preparation of ingredients including chopping vegetables marinating meats and measuring spices
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including workstations and equipment
- follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of food service
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery
- monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager
- participate in daily cleaning tasks and maintain a safe working environment
