Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
- Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
- Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
- Execute opening and closing procedures
