Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef
- Ensure all food is prepared promptly to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed
