Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- must adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- basic English language proficiency
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and standards
- dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients
- maintain highest safety and sanitation standards daily
- ensure quality control for all prepared food items
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff for efficient service
- monitor food stock and inventory levels
- keep workstations clean and organized
