Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- availability to work part-time hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices

- enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
- basic knife skills and culinary knowledge
Job Duties
