Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
ability to stand for long periods
capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
basic food safety knowledge
physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Duties

prepare and present dishes according to recipes and standards
maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards
dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients
ensure the food quality and presentation meet company expectations
collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficiency
monitor stock and ingredients to reduce waste
clean kitchen workstations and equipment regularly
