Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- stamina for standing and moving in a fast-paced kitchen environment for at least 5 hours
- willingness to work collaboratively and take initiative
- basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and cleaning procedures

- perform kitchen duties including prepping, cooking, garnishing, and plating
- clean kitchen equipment regularly
- manage and maintain cleanliness of their station
- work efficiently in a high-volume, open kitchen environment
- support and assist team members as needed
- ensure exceptional guest experience through quality food preparation
