Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local requirements for food handler's certification
  • certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • previous experience preferred
  • open to varied work schedules and hours
  • must be able to stand for several hours
  • must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects at various height levels
  • must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • ability to serve guests needs with high sense of urgency
  • ability to have fun

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring fried items are cooked perfectly
  • operate the grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature
  • manage the sauté station handling various ingredients
  • operate steam equipment maintaining texture and flavor
  • assemble and build tacos to order meeting high standards
  • prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the work area
