Job Requirements

  • Must meet state and local food handler's certification requirements
  • Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours
  • Ability to stand for several hours
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to have fun

Job Qualifications

  • Food handler's certification or ability to obtain by start date
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of performing physical tasks including bending, stretching, lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Strong sense of urgency in serving guests
  • Positive attitude and ability to have fun in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work varied schedules

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring proper crispiness and flavor
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature and grilling taco ingredients perfectly
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful dishes
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming while maintaining texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations to meet food safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with team members for timely and correct food preparation
  • Assist with inventory management including stocking and organizing ingredients
  • Work efficiently and with urgency during busy periods while maintaining quality
