- Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast-paced environment

- must be able to stand for several hours
- must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Mastering the fry station ensuring fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- operating the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring taco ingredients are grilled properly
- managing the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful dishes
- operating steam equipment to prepare steamed dishes maintaining texture and flavor
- assembling and building each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
- preparing and cooking ingredients according to Torchy's recipes and standards
- maintaining a clean and organized work station ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborating with back-of-house team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- assisting with inventory management stocking and organizing ingredients
- operating with a sense of urgency during busy periods to maintain quality and presentation
