Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years culinary experience preferred
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • must be able to stand for entire shift
  • flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • ability to adapt under pressure

Job Duties

  • Set up and breakdown of restaurant line
  • stock and maintain designated food stations
  • maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and hotel requirements
  • maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
  • maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner
