Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Set up, stock, and prep food items and supplies to keep service running smoothly
  • Chop, mix, and prepare sauces with precision and care
  • Grill, fry, and sauté menu items to perfection, following recipes and maintaining quality
  • Ensure every plate looks as great as it tastes, hitting our high standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation practices, including proper food storage and cleanliness
  • Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and equipment before heading out
  • Help with inventory checks and keeping food logs updated
  • Collaborate with your crew to deliver an unforgettable guest experience
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with both teammates and guests
