Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
health and safety training credentials
certification that meets local requirements
flexible with hours
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
availability to work nights and weekends

At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff
credentials in health and safety training
certification that meets local requirements
must be flexible with hours
ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations
deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Job Duties

Open and close kitchen when needed
prepare a variety of different appetizers and entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked
wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
unload and organize dishes properly
empty trash containers regularly and maintain clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed
perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested
control and direct food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service
deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
