Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience
- prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- formal culinary training preferred
- must be fluent in Spanish
- English proficiency preferred
- strong cooking skills with excellent time management and multitasking ability
- ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- valid Food Handler Card required shortly after hiring

Job Duties
- Execute food preparation and cooking on designated line stations
- maintain consistency in portioning, flavor, and presentation
- follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures accurately
- complete daily prep and keep stations fully stocked
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
- clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- communicate clearly with kitchen staff and FOH
- coordinate ticket timing for smooth service
- support team members during rush periods
- assist with training when assigned
- contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- stay calm and efficient during peak hours
- adapt quickly to changing demands
- address food quality and safety concerns promptly
- uphold Lalla Grill standards at all times
