Job Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of line cook experience in a fine dining setting
  • Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • Ability to work various days and hours as business dictates
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must be able to obtain proper uniform including black non-slip shoes
  • Must have proof to legally work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a fine dining setting
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including wood-fired grill and oven
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support continuous improvement and uphold high culinary standards
