Job Duties
- Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation
- Cooks, sautés, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications
- Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity
- Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team
- Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards
- Maintains a clean and well organized workstation
