The position of Kitchen Partner is an essential role within a food service establishment, specifically designed to support the operations behind the scenes. Job Requirements
- assist in taking care of guest's needs
- set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
- properly producing the guest's order
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- put orders away as they arrive
- check product for quality standards
- complete daily checklists
- complete daily par sheets accurately
- ensure all food produced meets expectations
- shrink and security control
- follow systems for quality
- alert management to any issues or problems
- report all malfunctioning equipment to store management
Job Qualifications
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
