Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- knowledge of food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- strong multi-tasking skills
- team player
- accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- prior completion of food safety coursework preferred
Job Duties
- Operate cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers
- prepare and cook food according to directives
- verify the quality and quantity of all orders
- plate prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
- work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- adhere to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- perform other related duties as assigned
