Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Open availability to work varying shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Basic culinary skills and familiarity with wok cooking techniques
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and maintain consistency
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Eagerness to learn and be challenged
Job Duties
- Learns all wok recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
- Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
- Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
- Prepares and cuts garnishes for wok line items
- Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- Attends monthly staff meetings and wok meetings
- Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- Organizes items within the walk-in coolers and freezers
- Lifts/moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables up to 50 pounds
- Assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, including recipes and Standard Operating Procedures
