Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- understanding of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- adherence to health and safety codes
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of food preparation techniques
- experience with portion control and recipe adherence
- familiarity with safe food handling practices
- ability to operate kitchen appliances and equipment

- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare hot and cold food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain portion control while preparing dishes
- adhere to safe food handling and sanitation standards following Mississippi Department of Health codes and national ServSafe guidelines
- work efficiently within assigned station to produce quality food
- assist in food production as needed
- provide friendly and courteous service to guests
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
